Welcome to the Best Real Estate
Experience You Will Ever Have!
Early Beginnings – I first came to Collingwood in the seventies as a weekend skier with my family. The oldest of five kids, I grew up on the slopes of the Toronto Ski Club. It was not long before our winter weekends at the Chalet turned into almost every weekend all year long.
Passion for the Area – My passion for the area never seemed to dissipate even as my professional career began, chasing the weekends to ski, bike and windsurf. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 1995 I held an executive position with Liz Claiborne Footwear Canada and then as an Investment Advisor for BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto.
Fulltime Resident – In 2004 I left Toronto and moved to the area full time. I founded a small contracting business and started my career in real estate. I achieved Salesperson status in June 2006, completed the Articling Phase of courses in 2008 and received the Real Estate Broker designation in March of 2009. I currently live in the neighbourhood of Swiss Meadows with my wife.
Affiliations – My family left the TSC in 1987 when Georgian Peaks went private and I joined as a Master Member in 1998. In 2002, I joined the Georgian Bay Club during its pre-completion construction phase. I also belong to the Town of Blue Mountains Chamber of Commerce and the TOBM Builders and Trades Association.
My history in the area, work experience and affiliations help me solicit myself as a top real estate Broker whether you are looking to rent, buy or sell. My experience in Banking, Investing, Mortgages and Construction has shaped my real estate qualifications. Growing with the area since the seventies, I have seen many changes and development, I would be happy to assist you with all your real estate needs.
